Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Product images and descriptions are provided by the manufacturers and are for guidance; packaging and minor details may vary. Brand names belong to their respective owners.

Quotes

Products on this website are not sold through an online checkout. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. We will send a written quote by email setting out prices, quantities, availability and delivery charges. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 14 days if no period is stated.

Orders

A contract is formed when you accept our quote and we confirm the order in writing. We may decline an order, for example if stock is no longer available, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment terms and accepted methods are set out on your quote and invoice.

Delivery

Delivery times given are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check goods on arrival and tell us about any damage or shortages as soon as possible.

Cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the exceptions in those regulations (for example, sealed goods unsealed after delivery where they are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons). Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Business customers

If you buy in the course of a business, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply and any returns are at our discretion unless goods are faulty.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety information when using cleaning products.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
