  • The products and quantities you add to your quote list.
  • Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send quotes, arrange orders and deliveries you request, and keep records of our communications. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.

Cookies

This website uses a functional cookie named vk_quote to remember the products in your quote list for up to 30 days. It does not track you across other websites. Our contact page includes an embedded Google map, which may set cookies from Google when displayed.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email (such as our hosting provider), and with delivery partners when you place an order, or where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to orders are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, normally six years.

Your rights
